To dispatch your order, our clinicians first need to approve and issue a prescription. If done by 3pm EST Monday to Thursday, we can dispatch your medication on the same day. Anything approved after that will be dispatched the following Monday.

The price of a one-month supply in Canada varies based on the strength prescribed. After your online assessment, you can view costs for your recommended strength.
We charge a program fee alongside the treatment costs. It covers:
- a review of your consultation from one of our licensed Canadian clinicians to make sure the treatment is safe and effective for you
- issuing your prescription
- ongoing support and guidance from our customer support and clinical teams throughout your treatment
If we can't issue a prescription for medical reasons, both your program and treatment costs will be fully refunded.
At this time, MedExpress does not offer insurance coverage or rebates on prescription medications. We’re reviewing future options, but currently prescription medications are paid by the patient.
Due to regulations, we don’t offer discounts on treatments. However, we do offer access to Patient Support Programs (PSPs) which can give you ongoing reduced treatment prices.
PSPs are set up by treatment manufacturers. Along with reduced prices, they’ll give you useful resources, directly from the manufacturer.

Patient Support Programs (PSPs) are designed to improve the access and affordability of treatments. They’re set up by treatment manufacturers and offer:
- Ongoing reduced prices (with savings of up to 23%, which can amount to over a hundred dollars)
- Useful resources about the treatments, direct from the manufacturer
